Orders are shipped from Waukee, Iowa. Please refrain from inquiring about shipping status unless it has been over three business days, as inquiries may delay order processing.

Lost packages must be reported to thewildmidwestbtq@gmail.com for claim filing. USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be filed.
We are not liable for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, refunds cannot be issued. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding missing packages.
We do not refund shipping charges for delays caused by mail carriers failing to meet guaranteed shipping times. Please contact carriers directly regarding undelivered items.
If you enter the wrong address when placing you order and it is returned to us, the customer is responsible to cover the additional shipping costs for us to re-mail the item back to you. Please double check your address when placing an order and ensure that everything is placed on the correct line.
WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS- there are no exceptions for this. Please double check everything before placing your order.
