Return Policy-
We hope that everything purchased from us, you loved. However, we understand that you may need to return a purchase. The Wild Midwest Boutique, LLC will accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY on items returned within 7 business days of you receiving the item. The store credit will be for the cost of the item(s) only. This means shipping costs will not be refunded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with any tags it came with, and in its original packaging. Shoes will need to be returned in the original box they were received in. DO NOT put any tape or a shipping label on the shoe box, they will need to be returned in another poly mailer or a different box. (If the shoes are returned without the original shoe box, or if the shoe box has a label or tape directly on the box a $10 fee will be taken off the return).
After an item is purchased, we do not allow cancellations on the order. As a small business we work on shipping the items as soon possible as well as there are fees that have to be paid on each order that we receive. Thank you for understanding.
To start a return or have any questions about the return policy, you will need to contact us at thewildmidwestbtq@gmail.com we then will make sure the item is eligible for a return as well as include all of the instructions for returning the item. Do not send us a return without emailing us first. The Wild Midwest Boutique is not responsible for any items that are lost in the mail when shipping back to us. Please purchase insurance on your package.
Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: hats, swimwear or bodysuits will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. All items purchased on sale or using a 20% off code are FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
